This 5 year old birthday party was held at a local park. The picnic shelters were adjacent to a basketball court on one side and a set of playground equipment on the other side.
After the kids were done eating, they were excused to go play. Dominic was the only "non walker" there, so he and I hung out in the picnic shelter to avoid the heat. You'd have thought he'd have been drawn to the kids playing on the equipment.
Nope.
I couldn't keep him from crawling to the basketball court where a lone guy was practicing.
Guess it's in his blood.
