Last night was a beautiful spring night; we decided to go for a walk. Each time we go for a walk, we're on a dog hunt. Amara gets so excited and spends the entire time hunting for dogs.
There weren't many dogs out last night, and Amara wasn't real happy about that. I told her we just had to keep looking. She said, "Let's ask Toodles for help." (For those of you who don't know Mickey Mouse Clubhouse on the Disney Channel -- "Toodles" are "tools" that can help with a chore. Example: A shovel helps dig a hole, soap helps take a bath, etc.) Then she called out, just as they do in the show, "Oh Toodles!" complete with her hand up to her mouth as she called out!
So we spent the bulk of our walk calling out for the toodles. I asked her which toodle we needed to help find the dog. She decided the flashlight would work best. Unfortunately, the imaginary toodles turned up no puppies.
Oh yeah, and as we were looking for dogs, Amara decided she'd rather find a Tiger anyway.
