This morning, Dominic asked for a Nutri-Grain Bar. Jon walked with him to the kitchen and gave him his bar.
Upon receiving his bar, Dominic said, "Thank you!" to Jon.
In kind, Jon said, "You're welcome" to Dominic.
Jon expected to be able to turn and go back to his morning routine. But Dominic stopped him by saying, "No! I mean 'Give me five!'"
Apparently a high five is the appropriate way to say you're welcome.
