So Dominic has been witnessing Amara's jokes... and our reaction to them. He loves to draw laughter from the crowd, so I'm sure that's what he was thinking when he attempted to do the "Knock Knock" thing.
On the way home from Day Care yesterday, I was watching him in the back seat. He had turned sideways in his seat and was knocking on the edge of his car seat.
Here's his monolog:
"Knock Knock" (knocking on the seat)
"Who's there?"
"Orange"
(pretending to open the door)
(look of surprise/excitement on face)
"Oh! Hi, Orange!"
I guess he doesn't quite get the premise of a joke yet.
