It was a beautiful night tonight. We went on a family walk to deliver our registration and payment for our neighborhood's fall festival next weekend. As we walked, Amara alternately rode piggy back, walked, or ran ahead of us.
Some of the things she said along the way were pretty funny. At one point, she said, "My collar bone sure feels better." And she also said her usual, "It sure is a nice night."
She also did a lot of running. She'd run along ahead of us, singing something Dora-ish in Spanish. Then she'd slow down. After she'd run quite a long way, she slowed and I said, "Are you getting tired?" She said, "No, I'm just slowing down."
