Sneaky Pete

Since Dominic is still pretty new to solid foods, we don't give him anything outside of his highchair and our supervision. Obviously the same is not true for Amara, who has mastered the art of eating.

This morning, Amara was sitting at the foot of the bed eating a Nutri-Grain bar. Dominic had just finished eating and was just hanging out on the bed. He saw her at the end of the bed with her tantalizing treat as a flashing neon sign. He b-lined straight to it.

I got to him in time to see his mouth open ready to strike.

Amara was too wrapped up in Little Einsteins to even notice.

Dominic wasn't too happy that I thwarted his attempt.
